Responsible for creating brand characters and ensuring their visual consistency throughout the production process. Collaborate closely with the production designer and 3D team to maintain a unified, engaging style across all brand animations. Partner with the VP to support marketing campaign launches, providing storyboards and animatics for key events such as the Dreamforce product announcement.
Genie the Rabbit embodies the Genie product, delivering real-time agility, speed, and virtually limitless data to every customer interaction. Playful, clever, and helpful, Genie brings a spark of data-driven magic, turning every interaction into an extraordinary experience.
Squirrels are the ultimate team players. They huddle together in nests, share their ecosystem with other animals, and are all about connecting together in a welcoming way. Automation, also, is the glue across departments. It helps to bring teams closer together, allowing them to do their job more efficiently. I created the Flo the Flying Squirrel and help designed the model sheet for the 3D team to make Flo in 3D animations.
In 1999, Salesforce changed the mindset of what enterprise software could be — easier to purchase, simpler to use, and more democratic without difficulties of installation, maintenance, and constant upgrades. Our characters reflect this vision. While each of them has a specific job and purpose, every character shares the mission of making technology friendlier, more approachable, and accessible. They also embrace the fun side of our company and inspire our community to blaze new trails. Fast forward to today and our introduction to Brandy the Marketer. We began by asking ourselves, “What inspires us about our Trailblazers?” To answer the question, we made a list of their best qualities. Then, we went looking for the perfect way to put that into a character’s personality, appearance, and places she’ll show up. With her brilliant mind only matched by her blazing fur coat — perfectly matching Marketing Cloud’s hallmark orange — Brandy truly is a natural fit for the Salesforce family.
